@nitinkhanna going after a library is a really good way to test your stuff before going after bigger fish, such as a city hall, regional hospital, or school board. Libraries often employ the same IT systems used by these bigger entities, and often times the same people are responsible for maintenance. If you can get into the library, you can usually get into the others.
