Sitting on the hill drinking チューハイ. A neighbour walks past and sees me, the; climbs the steps to start a conversation.
N: “I was reading about AR the other day. You write software. If you could write an AR app, what would you make?”
I know what I want … but it’s expensive as hell to scale and damn near impossible to profit from.
Me: You know how foreign movies offer subtitles? That’s what I would make. Except it would be for everything. A log of everything you hear. This way, if someone is talking to you and you’re not paying attention, you can see a recent script and get the gist, allowing you to respond as though you weren’t thinking about something else.
Every married person would want this, but it would be crazy-expensive to handle the speech-to-text for everyone.
